This work comes from real life, not polished scripts or theory. From a young age, I learned what it meant to carry responsibility. Later, life gave me structure, brotherhood, hardship, rebuilding, and a deeper understanding of how quickly things can change. Those experiences shaped the way I listen, the way I hold space, and the way I support men who may be carrying more than they say.
