Our services
Any services described on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing error, the service requested is not suitable, there is an operational issue, or these Terms and Conditions have been breached.
By booking a service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Fees and payment
Any fees for services will be as stated on the website at the time of booking, unless there is an obvious error.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling
You may cancel your booking at any time.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment time, you will be entitled to either a full refund or one free reschedule.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment time, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Any reschedule within this period will be entirely at our discretion.
If you do not attend your appointment and do not give notice before the appointment start time, no refund will be given.
If you would like to request a reschedule instead of cancelling, please contact us as soon as possible. Where a free reschedule is offered, it must be used for the same service and within a reasonable period set by us.
If your booking is made online and your appointment is scheduled within 14 days of booking, you agree that the service may take place within that period and that the cancellation policy above will apply.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Consumer booking rights
If you are a consumer booking online, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where your appointment is due to take place within 14 days of booking, you expressly agree that the service may begin within that period.
Once the service has been fully provided, any right to cancel which would otherwise apply may no longer be available.
